At Green Heads we strive for all hairdressers to have or be on their way to obtaining a Journeyman's Certificate, therefore we have different hairdresser categories and these are:

Senior Top Stylist
Has extensive experience in the hairdressing profession, a master's degree in the profession and many years of work as a hairdresser at Green Heads.

Top Stylist
Has several years of experience in the hairdressing profession as well as experience and training in the Green Heads concept.

Hairstylist
Fully trained hairdressers with a journeyman's certificate as well as experience and training in the Green Heads concept.

Top trainee
As a Top Trainee, I am a trained hairdresser and at the end of my trainee period and will soon be fully trained within the Green Heads concept.

Trainee
As a Trainee, you are approved to receive clients for treatment, but are being trained within the Green Heads concept. As a trainee, you are in the final part of your hairdressing education. You then have the opportunity to work in our salons, and receive supervision, to become one with the craft.

Trainee
We also have students on site who are still attending hairdressing school and doing their internships with us.

We at Green Heads see several advantages in working with trainees and school students. For us hairdressers, it is developing and inspiring to supervise new aspiring hairdressers. For us, it is extra important as there is currently a lack of training with a distinct environmental and health focus, for Green hairdressers without that further training we and our concept stand for.

When you book an appointment with our trainees, it is important that you feel comfortable being treated by someone who is in training and can expect the treatment to take longer, partly because the person in question is also training their pace and partly because the supervisor is there to advise during the treatment if necessary.
