The positions we are looking for are: fully trained hairdressers with a journeyman's certificate and trainees with a completed partial exam.

At Green Heads we love beauty and are passionate about healthy hair and beautiful hair. Our goal is to help our customers get their very best hair and feel beautiful without being exposed to toxic chemicals. We do this by offering the best overall experience you can get as a customer at a hair salon.

In all our salons we work in established and close-knit teams led by a Team Lead. We regularly take new courses and train ourselves in new techniques and are inspired by new trends. In addition to this training, all our Team Leads take leadership courses and receive extra coaching, all to be able to provide the best possible support to their work groups and to all our hairdressers. We believe in co-determination and a shared responsibility for everyone's development and well-being.

We only work with products and colors free from toxic chemicals because we simply want our business to leave the smallest possible footprint on both health and the environment. As a hairdresser, you do not need to have worked with green hair care before to become part of Green Heads. As an employee with us, you will be trained in all the areas you need to be able to work in a certified green salon. It is primarily our way of coloring without toxic chemicals that requires new knowledge, but you will also be introduced to all the exciting products we work with when it comes to care and styling.

Who are you:

  • You are positive, social, good at communicating and building new relationships
  • You enjoy working in a team and are happy to help a colleague when needed.
  • You have a journeyman's certificate and a hairdresser's license

Green Head's world of green hair care today consists of 3 salons in Stockholm and a webshop with a carefully selected assortment for our curious and knowledge-hungry beauty junkies. In addition to our webshop, which is aimed at our customers and end consumers, we also produce and sell Green Head's own products to other salons.

At Green Heads, we invest in the personal professional development of our employees and as an employee at Green Heads, you and your colleagues will regularly participate in several courses and training courses. We actively follow the news and trends of the entire beauty industry, especially those within green and organic beauty.
