 About the Hairdresser position:
As a hairdresser, you are fully trained and have a journeyman's certificate and will become part of our professional and experienced team. You will work in a strong team and be responsible for your own customers, bookings & treatments. All of our hairdressers work together to develop and take care of each salon in the absolute best way, with support from your Team Lead who has overall responsibility for your salon. Green Heads is a green salon, which means that we work with products that are completely free of toxic chemicals.

Who are you?
 We are looking for someone who has a great passion for the hairdressing profession. You are a fully qualified hairdresser with a journeyman's certificate. We want you to feel passionate about your profession and are curious to learn more, and have an ambitious drive but are not prestigious.

  • You are service-oriented and understand the importance of good customer experiences

  • You have a genuine interest in other people

  • You are positive, social, good at communicating and building new relationships

  • You enjoy working in a team and are happy to help a colleague when needed.

  • You feel comfortable working based on given instructions regarding how the daily operations of the salon should be run.

  • You have a desire to develop and participate in the courses we offer both in new techniques, new trends and the products we work with.

  • You take responsibility and enjoy helping your colleagues grow and develop.

  • You have a journeyman's certificate and a hairdresser's license

  • You want to develop in our green concept

  • And you are an amazing hairdresser of course!

You do not need to have worked with green hair care before. You will receive courses and training in all areas you need to be able to work in a certified green salon. It is primarily our way of coloring without harmful chemicals that requires new knowledge, but you will also be introduced to all the exciting products we work with when it comes to care and styling.

The position is a temporary position for 12 months with the possibility of permanent employment after that. Working hours approximately 30 hours per week and salary according to collective agreement. Access by agreement.
