Booking conditions

These terms and conditions apply when you as a customer purchase treatments and/or products in our salons.

Generally

To book a treatment at one of our salons, you must be 18 years old or have parental consent.

Your privacy is very important to us and we handle your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Green Heads salons are run by different companies at each salon. Green Heads Birkastan is run by Green Heads AB with corporate number 559061-0449, Green Heads Östermalm is run by Green Heads Östermalm AB with corporate number 556922-8744 and Green Heads Sofo is run by Green Heads Stockholm AB with corporate number 556969-4804

Order confirmation
For approved bookings, the customer will receive an email that serves as a booking confirmation. If you as a customer have not received a confirmation by email within 30 minutes of booking, please contact us at kundservice@greenheads.se and we will resend the confirmation.

Prices
All prices are in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments and final sales. Our price list shows starting prices for our treatments, from Trainee to Senior Hairstylist and is tailored to the customer's needs and hair quantity/length. If you want an exact price, you are welcome to click into our booking system where you click through a consultation, the treatments you wish to have done and which type of hairdresser you want to go to. If you have questions that you cannot find answers to in our booking system, just contact us by email and we will help you.

From April 1, 2025, an additional cost of 10% will be added to bookings on weekday evenings after 6:00 PM and throughout Saturdays. We are introducing this fee to reflect the OB supplement that is paid to our hairdressers during these times, in accordance with compensation for inconvenient working hours.

Payment
At our salons you can pay with Visa/Mastercard, gift cards or Swish. We do not offer invoicing for our treatments at the salon.

Cancellation of hairdresser appointment
If you have booked an appointment with us and are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment not cancelled will be charged 80%. If we receive another booking for the cancelled appointment, we will not charge at all or only the excess amount if it is a shorter treatment booked.
We send these invoices by email the day after the booked treatment time.

You can cancel your booked appointment in several different ways,

• Log in to your account in our booking portal Voady, https://bokning.voady.se/greenheads/ , go to your profile, click on the booking in question and press cancel.
• In the confirmation email that was sent to your email upon booking, there is a button for cancellation.
• Email the salon you have booked an appointment with, we will respond on weekdays within 24 hours. For the salon in Birkastan birka@greenheads.se , for the salon in Östermalm ostermalm@greenheads.se , for the salon in Södermalm sofo@greenheads.se
• Call us at 08/40807022 - select the salon to which the booking applies by pressing the button.

 

Complaints about treatment at the salon
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your treatment with us, you are welcome to come back and we will do our best to help you again. However, we would like you to contact us no later than 14 days after your visit with us.

Complaints about products purchased at a salon
In the event of a defect in a purchased product, the customer must promptly notify the salon where the purchase was made via email, for the salon in Birkastan birka@greenheads.se , for the salon in Östermalm ostermalm@greenheads.se , for the salon in Södermalm sofo@greenheads.se

Disputes
In the event of any disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.

Handling of personal data
We process all personal data you provide in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Other
We reserve the right to make typos and adjustments in prices and assortment due to changes at our suppliers.
